Did U trie to flash BIOS?
Trie to change MOSFETS on chipset suply since they are the first victime on most MOBOS from that same type (A8N series) I got to repair.
In most cases voltage on chipset supply I measured was above 1.60-1.63V.
Second tipical for that MOBOS is chipset "отвал". Trie to heat him but not owerheat:)
