Olgert was right:( This nout returned in 2 weeks. I`ll change this NF-SPP-100 and hope it`ll do.
Now I have technical question:
I got HP Pavillion DV9000 AMD version with broken NF-G6150-N-A2. Wile I was cleaning Epoxy around chip I was heating him on 200 degrees for 5 minutes in order to melt epoxy and clean it. After removing epoxy I started MOBO and it turned on normaly. I red in nFORCE defect page on this forum that chips that are heated lower then point of solder melting and start to work are surely for changing. Is there any point to reball this chip or I need to change it?
