FOXCONN Win Fast NF4K8MC не запускается по нажатию PWR_ON
У меня есть проблема с этим плат. Когда вы подключите шнур питания, а когда я свяжу булавки для зажигания, Плат не запускается. Не давайте никаких признаков жизни. Когда я связать две булавки на ATX (зеленого и черного) поставок, оклады начать и продолжать работу без проблем, все напряжения хороши.
